Tigray Agriculture and Natural Resource Bureau through the government of Ethiopia has received (a Grant) from African Development Fund (ADF) hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Multi-Sectorial Approach for Stunting Reduction Project (MASREP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement of Groundnut butter processing machine and its complementary equipments, Animal feed processing machine, and its complementary equipment
Lot 1: Procurement of Groundnut butter processing machine and its complimentary equipment's and
Lot 2: Procurement of Animal feed processing machine and its complementary equipments).
The bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders (Suppliers) Having VAT certificate, VAT declaration for the month of February, 2024, TIN No, renewed business license valid for 2024 and appropriate supplier registration certificate.

Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding National procedures as specified in the Bank's Procurement Framework for Bank Funded Operations dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Agriculture & Natural Resource Bureau, Yibrah Yeebio, e-mail agote2010@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours [8:00 AM to 5:00 PM] at the address given below.
2. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 500.00. The method of payment will be in cash.
3. All Bids must be valid for a period of fifty-six (56) days after the Bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of birr ETB 50,000 for Groundthe nut machine and ETB 50,000 for the Animal feed machine in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO and they shall be delivered to the above office on or before bid closing date at (9:30 a.m. April 22, 2024)
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below; bidders should offer one original and two copies of technical and financial proposals sealed in one envelope as specified in the bidding documents to be provided.
5. Bids shall be opened at (9:30 A.m.) April 22, 2024 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
6. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
7. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
