4. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately by coming in person to Messebo Cement Factory head office in Mekelle or A.A liaison Office, Wegagen Bank Building 3rd floor
5. Bids will be closed on December 26, 2019.G.C. At 2:00 PM and will be opened on December 26, 2019, G.C. (on the same day) at 2:15 PM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the above-mentioned office.
6. Bids must be accompanied by bid guarantee 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee
7. All bids that come after the opening date of the tender will be rejected.
