- The bidders should have renewed Trade License for the fiscal year (2012 E.C.). VAT Registration, Tax Clearance, Tax Payer Identification (TIN), Supplier Registration Certificate, and other supportive documents.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement Proclamation of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible countries.
- Eligible bidders can obtain the procurement documents from the Procurement and Property Administration Directorate Office No. C21-201 (Tel. 251-0344 41 47 84) located in Endayesus Campus during office hours (Monday to Friday) up on payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 100 (One hundred Birr) or equivalent amount in USD.
- Bids shall be Valid for a period of 180 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a security CPO Bank guarantee in birr or equivalent amount In USD

5. Closing time for submission of bid will be at the end of 9:30 AM of the 35th day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender and its opening time will be on the same day, at 10:00 AM. If the 35th day is not working day, the bid will be closed and opened at the aforementioned time of the next working day.
6.Technical original, technical copy, financial original & financial copy documents for the bid should be sealed and submitted separately, applicable for both.
