1 GRAVEL RODE SITE WORK

2 That is intended to built at Mekelle city

THE office  Infrastructure now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders of category GC & RC 7 and above with valid license for 2012 E.C with relevant experience and valid for the construction works of Gravel Rode Works project

4 works shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the commencement date of the work

5 interested eligible bidders may purchase the bid document from mekelle city office of infrastructure upon presentation of valid and renewed Trade License for the 2012 E.C from bureau of the national Regional State of Tigray and Renewed Trade License for the 2012 Ethiopian physical year. Tin , Vat Registration & for OCT vat deceleration ,supplier certificate against the imbursement of non –refundable fee of 500 ETB only within 30 Calendar days after the announcement of the Bid on newspaper or radio

6 Bidders instructed to submit one original and two photocopies of all pages of their financial ,each enclosed in separate  envelop.

7 All envelopes shall be sealed and inserted in a big envelop . The outer and inner envelopes shall bear the full address of the bidder.

8 Bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at the Mekelle city office of infrastructure on or before 29/03/2012 E.C at 4:00 LT in the morning .

9 All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond ,in the form of bank guarantee or CPO birr 150,000 which shall remain  valid for 45 calendar days from the bid opening date and shall be presented in separate envelope . Bid bond in any other form shall not be accepted

10 Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document at Mekelle city office of Infrastructure Tel 0344401695

11 Bids shall be opened on the 29/3/2012 at 4:30 LT at the morning at the Mekelle city office of Infrastructure in the presence of the bidders or legal representative who whish to attend

12 The  Infrastructure office reserve the right or reject any or all bids
