1. the bureau of agriculture and rural development of tigray national regional state now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of category WWC class five (5) and above for the construction of Modern fruit nursery in edamekoni woreda of the region
2.  bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement and property administration proclamation of the federal government of Ethiopia as well as the world bank’s guidelines is open to all bidders
3.  interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from bureau of agriculture and rural development procurement finance and property administration support process and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at (7a) from 3 :00 -6 :00 a.m and 8:00-11:00 pm local time during official working days
4.  bidders should have renewed trade licenses as well as construction license , tax clearance certificate which states its eligible to participate in public tenders and valid at least at the dead line for submission of bids and VAT registration certificate and its declaration for the month of October, TIN number registration certificate to obtain the bidding document
5.  Complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at  the address below at 8a and upon payment of a none refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 150 for each document. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery of the bidding document sent by mail
6.  bids shall be valid for a period of ninety days after bid opening and must be delivered to the address below 8(c) at or before 3 :00 a.m 12/04/2008 E.C . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 30,000 Ethiopian birr, late bids shall be rejected .Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders / representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8d at 3 :00am 12/04/2008 E.C
