The Tigray region water resources bureau invites interested and eligible bidders at Kolatembem Wereda (on at tabya gelebeda and at tabya doctor atakilti) Deep well Drilling and pumping test located at the central zone of Tigray.
We, therefore: The Bureau invites WWCC eligible bidders who will full fill under the listed requirement to work.
And Bidding Will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in the Guidelines for Procurement under The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

Qualification requirements include
ITB 3.2(a) The mandated public body for the registration Of suppliers is Ministry of water, Irrigation, and Electricity or from Regional Water resource bureau.
ITB 3.2 (b) Renewed trading license on WWCC for the fiscal year 2010/11 , registration certificate from ministry of water resource and energy for the fiscal year tax clearance certificate, declaration for the month of NOVEMBER /ኅዳር/ 2011E.C and VAT registration Tin number and Any relevant. professional practice certificates
ITB 18.1 The written confirmation of authorization to sign on behalf of the Bidder shall consist of: Fully Initial and sealed bid documents in general Bidders should have to provide one -Original "Technical and Financial documents in a separate envelopes and each 2(two)copies of "Technical" and "Financial- documents also should have to be provided in separate envelopes, too.
1. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200. Method of payment will be in cash or check against receipt from Monday -Friday on working hours.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below AT THE CLOSING DATE 22/06/2011 BEFORE 3:00 O’CLOCK LOCAL TIME (LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED) and Electronic bidding shall not be permitted and bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:30 local time in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below and All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee of 15,000.00 in Ethiopia Birr (for each lot)
3. The bid security shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty days) days after bid opening.
