2. Tigray Mine and Energy Agency now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning 20KW solar system having Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, VAT declaration for the month of October, 2018, Tax Identification Number (TIN No.) Import Export license, Manufacturer Authorization, ISO Certificate, Supplier Registration Certificate & Renewed Business License Valid for 2018G.C/2019G.C (2011E.C.)
3.Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the Governmental Manual and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines (PPA Manual).
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the address given below and collect the bidding documents at that address given below, starting from and inspect the bidding documents during office hours working days from 2:00-6:00 and 8:00-11 :00 local time Starting from the news paper published date at the address given below.

Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of birr 100.000.00 (birr one hundred thousand) in the form of Un conditional Bank Guarantee or CPO by adding 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
