A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from Tigray Regional State of Water resource Bureau, Procurement Section Ayder Kebele 03 by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00(Two hundred birr). The method of payment will be in cash. The document will be sent or delivered by hard copy.
