Which includes complete solution and recommendation of system-
1. Bidder shall purchase a complete set of Bid Document from Tigrai Mass Media Agency procurement finance and property administration support process near mersi full academy school building 1st floor 105 Room upon payment of Non refundable fee of ETB Birr 500(five Hundred Birr only) or equivalent convertible currency during November 29,2018 up January 13,2019 at 5:30 Pm (local time).
2.Local Bidders shall present renewed legal trade license VAT certificate and suppliers registration certificate and tin certificate renewed for the current fiscal Year.
3. The bid validity shall be for period of one hundred twenty Days after bid opening
4.Bids should be accompanied by bid security of ETB Birr 500,000 (five hundred thousand Birr only) or equivalent easily convertible current in the form of certified CPO or Bank Guarantee.
5.Bids shall be submitted one original with one copy for both financial and technical proposal document to the tender box prepared for this purposes
6.Bidder shal deliver their bid document to address below before or on, the January 14/2019 at 10:00 am(local time) and open at the same date 14/2019 at 10:30 am(local time)
7.Any clarification from bidders should come twenty(20 days prior to the bid opening date.
8. the agency reserves the right to reject all or part of any bid, given that having best alternative.
