For the procurement of ADI GUDEM water supply project
The Tigray Region Water Resources Bureau invites interested and eligible bidders for ADI-GUDEM water supply project located at south Zone of Tigray.
We therefore The bureau invites WWCC eligible bidders who will full fill the under listed requirement to work through the budget acquired from governmental treasury.
And Bidding will be conducted through the national Competitive bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in the Guidelines for Procurement under The federal democratic republic of Ethiopia

Qualification requirements include
ITB 3.2(a) The mandated public body for the registration of suppliers is: Ministry of water, Irrigation and Electricity or from Regional Water Resource Bureau
ITB 3.2 (b) Renewed trading license on WWC for the fiscal year 2010/11 E.C ,registration certificate from Ministry of Water Resource and Energy for the fiscal year tax clearance certificate, declaration for the month of October/ጥቅምት/2011E.C and VAT registration Tin number and Any relevant professional practice certificates.
ITB 18.1 The written confirmation of authorization to sign on behalf of the Bidder shall consist of: Fully Initial and sealed bid documents in general Bidders should have to be provide one "Original "Technical and Financial documents in a separate envelopes and each 2( two )copies of "Technical" and "Financial" documents also should have to be provided in separate envelopes, too.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200. 00. Method of payment will be in cash or check against receipt from Monday - Friday on working hours.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below from November 27/2018 up to December /ታህሳስ26/2018 Dec,26/2018 3:00 local time. Electronic biding shall not be prettied. Late bids will be rejected. And Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:00 local time in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security(CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee of 150,000.00 in Ethiopian Birr
- The bid security shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty days) days after bid opening.
- ITB 31.The bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid
