1 The project is to improve access to water supply service for mekelle town through improved Water production and distribution for improved health , poverty alleviation and economic growth . The location of the project site is at 20 Km radius of mekelle city. The type of service needed is project construction supervision and contract admiration and the length of the service is 36 month. The scope of the service includes Dam and associated works , Treatment plant and Treated water delivery works and pipes and fittings and electromechanical equipment works.
2 Key staffs participating in this consultancy service ; Contact administration Engineer , Quantity Surveyor , Office Engineer , Environmental Safe Guard Specialist , Social safe guard specialist , Dam /Hydraulic Engineer, Structural Engineer , Geotechnical Engineer , Engineering Geologist , Quantity inspectors , Surveyor , Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Water supply Engineer .
Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the public procurement public procurement proclamation of the Regional Government of Tigray Bureau of Finance and plan no 03/2007. Participation is open to all eligible bidders
Tigray Water resource Bureau now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the service . Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualification and relevant experience to perform the services. The short listing criteria are : Core Business and Years in Business Qualification in the field of the assignment , Technical and Managerial Organization of the firm and General Qualification and number of key staff .
