Re-TENDER NO. MCF PLC 32/2016
Messebo Cement Factory PLC. (MCF PLC) invites eligible bidders has allocated funds to procure various types of insurance policy covers in the immediate term and will start accepting bids from capable local Insurance Companies.
- Bid document can be collected from Addis Ababa Messebo Cement Factory Laison Office Wegagen Bank Building 3rd floor in front of Stadium or Mekelle Messebo Cement Factory Plc Head office effective from the day of 1st announcement against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00
- Bidders must submit valid trade license renewed for 2016 Ethiopian Calendar and VAT register certificate.
- All bids must submit their bids in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before the closing date, which is 16/04/2024 GC. 10:00 AM and would be addressed and marked as follows.
- Bidders must submit their technical and financial offers in two copies separately by coming in person to Messebo Cement Factory's head office, Mekelle.
- Bids will be open on the same date 16/04/2024 G.C 10:15 AM, (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Messebo Cement factory Plc Head office.
- Bids must be accompany by bid guarantee of 100,000.00 birr in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
- All bids that come after closing date of the tender will be rejected.
- Messebo Cement Factory Plc reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially of the bid.
