1 Bidder who are interested to participate in the tender should have and fulfill the following basic requirement
1 valid business license
2 Valid tax Certification
3 Bid Security shall be ETB 80,000 (Eighty Thosand ETB) in the form of CPO only issued by a recognized domestic bank by the name of TDA Valid for 90 days
4 Recommendation letter or Evidence of past experience in similarity works
5 Last one year Bank Statement
6 The Bidder should conduct site Visit All the work ( Dismanting and rehabilitation , borehole inspection, casting inspection, water quality test and Supply and installation of submersible pump) shall be completed within a maximum of 40 Calendar days from the commencement of the site.
7 The Complete Bid Document are available at TDA Head Quarter located in Mekele ‘’Godana Mussie ‘’ Around Atse Yohannes palace ,Room number 430 during working hours Monday to Friday from : March 8th to 28, 2024 , upon payment of un- returnable fee of ETB 1,000.00(one Thousand ETB)
8 Duly completed bids must be in sealed envelop addressed to TDA clearly marked by ‘’ Bidders name, address, legal stamp, signature and tender Number,. And submit their Technical and financial document and one Orginal , two copies of Technical Document and CPO)
9 The sealed Bid document shall be submitted to TDA address mentioned above into the bid box provided for this purpose on or before march 28, 2024 at 3:00 PM ( 9:00 Local time) Bid recived after closing date and time will not be considered
10 Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or the representative who choosen to attend at the address mentioned above on March 28, 2024 at 3:30 PM(9:30 Local Time)
11 Note: The Supplier or Service provide agrees to adhere to the requirements laid out in the supplier and service provider Code of Conduct .
