- Bidder must submit valid trade license renewed for the 2015/16 Ethiopian Calendar and VAT registration certificate.
- All Bids must be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before Nov, 30/11/2023 10:00 AM and should be addressed and marked as follows.

- Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately by coming in person to Messebo head office in Mekelle.
- Bids will be closed on Nov, 30/11/2023 at 10:00 AM G.C. during office hours and will be opened on Nov, 30/11/2023 at 10:00 AM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the above-mentioned office.
- Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 100,000.00 in the form of C.P.O or bank guarantee.
- All bids that come after opening date of the tender will be rejected.
- Messebo Cement Factory PLC reserves the right to reject the bid completely or Partially.
