Imagine I day is a non-religious, non-profit making International NGO founded in Canada Vancouver in 2007 and is operating in Ethiopia since November 2007. We are registered as an implementing NGO with Legal License Number 0885 from the federal charities and Societies Agency that has been investing on Education, Agriculture, WASH, Livelihood, Opportunity Development and Emergency Response projects in Tigray. Oromiya, South Nation Nationalist and Peoples, Amhara and Benshangul Gumize regions. It has also been implementing Emergency Response projects in Tigray since the start of the crisis particularly Child protection, Gender-Based Violence prevention and response WASH in emergency, and Education in Emergency in most areas of Tigray.
To achieve its objective, imagine Iday Tigray coordination office, currently has a plan to purchase school supplies of furniture for districts of Seharti and Gherealta, (to primary schools Mehari Tsegay and May Weyzero in Seharti and Adi Amday and Kelkele in Gherealta) and therefore, imagine Iday invites all eligible bidders to compete for production of combined desks and transporting to the above-mentioned projects
Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by;
• Renewed business license, commercial registration certificate, registration certificate, tax payer registration certificate, certificate of competence and value added tax declaration.
• The winner shall start production of the Combined desk within 3 (Three) calendar days form the date of agreement signed and after all handing over t er the combined desks within Two weeks.
• The Winner Should start production without advance payment.
• Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the produced materials.
• Bid offer should be include all aforementioned tender documents and marked clearly, bidders name, address and legal stamp of the bidder and submit financial (with two copies one original and one copy) and technical (with two copies one original and one copy) in a sealed and stamped envelope separately with each of copy to imagine 1day regional coordination office - Mekelle:
• Documents which have the list of activates can be obtained from imagine 1day Mekelle office from 30/10/2023 to 3/11/2023, by paying 200 birrs.
• Bid will be closed on 6/11/2023 at 3:00 local time and opened on 6/11/2023; 3:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at imagine 1-day Mekelle office.
• Imagine Iday Mekelle office reserve the right to accept or reject the whole or part any or all bids.
