- 1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and open to all bidders.

- 3. Bidders should attach all necessary test certificates listed in the bid document &. Submit one sample drawing each during the submission of the bid document. a bidder should also facilitate to test the sample required

- 5. A complete set of building Documents be purchased by any interested eligible bidders at the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of agency payment of receipt of Birr: 4,000.00 (Four Thousand)
- 6. Bids must be delivered to the above-mentioned address and before the closing date and time.
- 7. Bidders must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of equal to ETB 209,047.52 (Two Hundred Nine Thousand forty-seven ETB& fifty-two cents) in the form of (CPO or Bank Guaranty Late bids shall be rejected.
