- Interested bidders can obtain the bid document from Maichew Head Office, Addis Ababa and Mekelle Branch Offices upon payment of nonrefundable birr 100.00 (one hundred birr) from the date of issuance of this bid on Ethiopian Herald and on the Amharic reporter newspaper.
- Bidders must submit original & photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license.
- Invited bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% on the total price offered for the materials in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O.
- Bidders should submit their offer in a sealed envelope indicating their financial and technical offers up to 07/07/2020 until 2:00 PM at Mekelle Branch Office
- Bid will be opened at Mekelle Branch Office in the presence or absence of bidders /their representatives on 07/07/2020 at 2:30 P.M.
- Bidders should supply the requested material (UFR) by their own foreign currency and the destination of delivering the material is at Maichew particle board works PLC/DDP/, Maichew.
- Bidders should submit for UFR 25 k.g of properly packed sample of E1, and 5 kg for Hardener from their manufacturer Company before the due date (Closing Date) at Mekelle Branch Office
- Maichew Particleboard works PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
