4 Bid security Birr 5,000.00 for Coaster , Birr 2,000.00 for mini bus
5 Valid and renewed trade license for the year 2012 E.C
6 Vat registration certificate
7 Tax Clearance certificate
8 Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers
9 Anti- bribery pledge form/form is attached in guide
10 All bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of birr 5,000.00 for caster birr 2,000.00 for mini bus
11 The bid security shall be furnished in one of the following form
12 certified Cheque /CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank or bond issued by and /or confirmed through a recognized /reputable domestic bank
13 Sealed bid marked or Open Competitive BID for the procurement of vehicle rental service Coaster and mini bus with shall be addressed and delivered to Northern Region ethio Telecom Mekelle supply chain section 4th floor Room No 403 P.O BOX 57 Mekelle , Tigray Ethiopian On or before June 19,2020 until 2:00 PM the bid presented by any bidders after the closing date shall be rejected
14 Bid received on time and fulfilling the formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative on September June 19,2020 at 2:15 PM at Ethio telecom , 5th floor Room No 501
15 No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/ he acquired participate under the invitation
16 bidders are strongly advised to read and comply with the instruction provided in the document
17 partial bid is allowed
18 Ethio Telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid
