1. Bidders who have renewed license of 2012 E.C. and VAT REGISTER can participate in the bidding and they obtained the Tender Documents, including the Tender Guidelines, specification BOQ and design of the aforementioned activities from SC-axum at working hours.

2. bidders with building construction works certificate from federal ministry of construction and urban development or regional road transport and construction office with WWD grade 4 and above that have an experience of drilling at least three the same or similar projects may obtain the tender document

3. An original & copy of each bid offer, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES, marked clearly by the project name, bidder’s name, address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope May , 18/2020, / gunbet 10, 2012 2:30 P.M.

4. Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Axum and Mekelle Office at working hours Against 200 birr

5. All bid offers shall include the aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Guarantee for 2% (two percent) of the total bid amount.

6 Bids will be opened on May 18/2020; gunbet 10 2012 3:00 P.M in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend at SCI-TFO/ Axum Office
