1 The Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from One Wash toward the cost of the water supply and sanitation project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract NCB/TIG/OWNP/RPS/03/2015 for the procurement of construction of RPS Civil work construction , supply and installation of pipes and fittings and electrometrical equipment ) for Enderta Woreda Tabia Lemlem
2 The Tigray Bureau of Water Resource now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having Vat Certificate , vat declaration for the month of November 2008 EC . TIN Number , renewed business license and renewed water works certificate valid for 2008 E.C Qualification and requirement including machinery , personnel , technical , financial legal and other additional requirement may be provided in the bid document . This procurement is not subjected to marginal preference
3 Bidding will be conducted through the National Completive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines : procurement of Goods Work and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers ( Guidelines edition January 2011), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement Guidelines .
