Contractors having grade Vi and above on water works construction /WWC	Having Renewed or valid trade License on  Water Works Construction , WWC for the fiscal year 2012 E.c registration certificate tax clearance certificate VAT declaration for the month of 2012E.C VAT registration certificate any relevant professional practice certificate and experirnce working on QASH emergency projrct in hardship areas within similar projects

II The bidder should secure a bid bond only through CPO of 4% of the total price including VAT. Pledging cash or other assets as a bid bond is not allowed .

1 Eligible bidders can purchase bid document (terms of reference ) paying 200.00 Birr from Ethiopian Catholic Church Social Development Coordinator Office of Adgriat / Mekelle Branch /North West Local Project Office starting From 21/04/2020 G.C /13/08/2012E.C till 07/05/202020G.C /29/08/2012EC

2 Bid Must be submitted on Thursday 07/05/2020G.C /29/08/2012E.C between 8:30 – 10:00 am ( Morning from 2:30 – 4:00 local time ) only to the prepared bid box in ECC – SADCOA Adigrat Main Office . The bid will be officially closed at 10:01 am ( Local Time 4:01) on the same date in the presence of bidders or their legal representative and ECC- SDCOA North West Project Office concerned committee.

3 ECC- SADCOA will open the bid on Thursday 07/05/2020G.C /29/08/2012E.C in venue of ECC – SDCOA adgirat Main Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representative and ECC-SADCOA North West bid committee at 10:30 am (4:30 local time) in Adigrat Main Office .

4 The office reserves the right to reject partially and / or whole bids at any level of bid processing
