Legally register	Copy of original document defines legal status, place of registration, and principal place of business

II The bidder should secure a bid bond only through CPO of 2% of the total price including VAT. Pledging cash or other asset as a bid bond is not allowed .

III The Bidder should prepare and return back full document , both the technical and financial proposal with detail information required as stated in the TOR . Bidding through own document is not allowed.

IV The bidder should fulfill all the minimum criteria stated in the TOR for participation in the bid process.

V Information

1 Eligible bidders can purchase bid document (terms of reference ) paying 200 00 Birr from Ethiopian Catholic Church Social Development Coordinator Office of Adgriat / Mekelle Branch /North West Local Project Office starting From March 17, 2020 G.C till March 24, 2020 G.C

2 Bid Must be submitted on March 24, 2020 G.C between 9:30 – 10:00 am ( Morning from 3:30 – 4:00 local time ) only to the prepared bid box in ECC – SADCOA Adigrat Main Office . The bid will be officially closed at 10:01 am ( Local Time 4:01) on the same date in the presence of bidders or their legal representative and ECC- SDCOA North West Project Office concerned committee.

3 ECC- SADCOA will open the bid March 24, 2020 G.C in venue of ECC – SDCOA adgirat Main Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representative and ECC-SADCOA North West bid committee at 10:30 am (4:30 local time morning) in Adigrat Main Office .

4 The office reserves the right to reject partially and / or whole bids at any level of bid processing
