6 Letter of authorization
7 Availability of Anti-bribe pledge form
8 availability of compliance statement
9 bidders must renewed certificate of competency GC/BC grade 8 for the year of 2011E.C
11 All bid must be accompanied by a bid security of birr 15,000 for each lot sit site while birr 40,000 for lot five while birr 100,000 for all lots CPO sites in CPO or Bank /Insurance /Guarantee only valid for 148 days.
12 Bidders shall be submitted their bids until Nov 15, 2019 at 2:00 pm ( 8:00 local) and Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or legal representative on Nov 15 , 2019 at 2:15 am(8:15 local time)
13 Bidders can offered their price to one or all work sites
14 Bidder who meet the eligibility criteria, Technical evaluation criteria as well as least price bidders will be reward.
