11 The bid security shall be furnished in one of the following form

14 Bid received on time and fulfilling the formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative on September 23,2019 at 2:30 PM at Ethio telecom , 5th floor Room No 501
15 No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/ he acquired participate under the invitation
16 bidders are strongly advised to read and comply with the instruction provided in the document
