- Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the Governmental of Ethiopia Procurement Guide Line and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the address given below and collect the bidding documents at that address given below, starting from and inspect the bidding documents during office hours working days from 2:00-6:30 and 8:00-11:30 local time starting from the newspaper published to date at the address given below.

- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders from Tigray Water Resources Bureau, Procurement section upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 150.00 (Birr One hundred Fifty ). The method of payment will be in cash against receipt. The Bidding Documents can be collected by the bidder himself or by a person delegated by the bidder.
- Bids must be delivered One "Original" and two Copies of "Technical" and "Financial" documents separately to Bureau. Procurement section, and P.O. Box 520, Mekelle, Telephone number 0344-402439 or 0344-406677/78 Fax 0344-419637 at or before Ginbot 22,2011 E.C. Time 3:00 morning. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at Ginbot, 22,2011E.C. Time 3:30 morning at the Bureau's hall Mekelle Town. Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of birr 15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO by adding 28 days beyond the bid validity.
