1. Ezana Mining Development PLC, Meli Gold Project has allocated Budget towards the cost of Earthmoving Machinery rent under procurement reference number MPG/009/2016
2. Location: North Western Tigray, Woreda Asgede Tsembla, Meli gold mine plant, 72km distance from Shire Indassilasie.
3. Ezana Mining Development PLC now invites eligible bidders to submit specification and their financial proposals(original and copy) in a sealed envelope for the below listed Item.
4. The winner bidder will be the bidder with least price and complies with the specification. To qualify for award of contract, Bidder must fulfill the following qualification criteria; For 2009 E.C renewed Certificate of registration For 2009 E.C renewed trading license Valid Tax Registration and clearance Certificate;
Bidders shall furnish a bid security which is 2% of their offered price and the bid security must be valid a minimum of sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening.
5. A Complete set of Bidding Document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 100 effective as of 14/12/ 2016 from address below;

8. Ezana Mining Development PLC reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid.
