6 Bidder should submit their sealed bid document by quoting their price and the number of days to be completed the work based on the work indicated in the bid document in date of 14 /03 /2009 – 21/03 2009 Ethiopian calendar   at 8:30  day Ethiopian time the price include

7Â A, Labor and supporting of water for the mixing and curing for masonry , plastering and other similar work as per indicated in the bid document

8 B, Supplying and installation of gutter as per the specification indicated in the bid document

9 Â C, Supplying of stone for masonry and hardcore filling as per indicated in the bid document

10 Bid will be opened at mekelle Regional coordination office at Mekelle town , in the presence of the bidder or the bidders legal representative to attend in person at Concern Word wide on a date of 21 /03 /2009 Ethiopian calendar at 8:30 day Ethiopian time

11 Bidder must provide very recent at least one recommendation letter and work experience for similar work from recognized company

12 bidder must provide valid 2009 Ethiopian calendar business license , copy of Tin number certification and VAT registration certificate
