Messebo Cement Factory PLC (MCF PLC) invites eligible bidders to have allocated funds to procure various types of insurance policy covers in the immediate term and will start accepting bids from capable local Insurance Companies.
- Bid documents can be collected from Addis Ababa Messebo Cement Factory Liaison Office Wegagen Bank Building 3rd floor in front of Stadium or Mekelle Messebo Cement Factory Plc Head office effective from the day of 1st announcement against payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00
- Bidders must submit a valid trade license renewed for the 2016 Ethiopian Calendar and VAT register certificate.
- All Bid must submit their bids in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before the closing date which is 16/03/2024 G.C. 10:00 AM and would be addressed and marked as follows.
- Bidders must submit their technical and financial offers in two copies separately by coming in person to Messebo Cement Factory's head office, Mekelle.
- Bids will be open on the same date 16/03/2024 G.C 10:15 AM. (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Messebo Cement Factory Plc Head office.
- Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 100,000.00 birr in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee
- All bids that come after the closing date of the tender will be rejected.
- Messebo Cement Factory Plc reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially of bid
