Imagine 1 day is a non-religious, non-profit making International NGO founded in Canada Vancouver in 2007 and is operating in Ethiopia since November 2007. We are registered as an implementing NGO with Legal License Number 0885 from the federal charities and Societies Agency that has been investing on Education, Agriculture, WASH, Livelihood, Opportunity Development and Emergency Response projects in Tigray, Oromiya, South Nation Nationalist and Peoples, Amhara and Benshangul Gumize regions. It has also been implementing Emergency Response projects in Tigray since the start of the crisis particularly Child protection, Gender-Based Violence prevention and response WASH in emergency, and Education in Emergency in most areas of Tigray.

To achieve its objective, imagine 1 day Tigray coordination office, currently has a plan to purchase Senior line Exercise books with plastic hard cover and Pen link Offix, therefore, imagine Iday invites all eligible bidders to compete to supply the above-listed scholastic materials.

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by;

• Renewed business license, commercial registration certificate, registration certificate, tax payer registration certificate, certificate of competence and value added tax declaration.

• Bid security bond of 2% of bid amount by CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee (cash or insurance bond are not accepted.

• The winner shall start delivering of the scholastic materials within 2 (Two) days form the date of agreement signed.

• Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials.

• BID offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and marked  clearly, bidders name, address and legal stamp of the bidder and submit financial (with two Copies one original and one Copy) and technical documents (With two copies one original and one copy) in a sealed and stamped envelope separately with each of copy to imagine 1day regional coordination office - Mekelle.

• Documents which have the list of activates can be obtained from imagine Iday Mekelle office from 20/10/2023 to 26/10/2023, by paying 200 birrs.

• Bid will be closed on 27/10/2023 at 4:00 local time and opened on 27/10/2023; 4:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at imagine 1-day Mekelle office.
