THE GERMAN DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION OFFICE (GIZ) IN ETHIOPIA, WOULD LIKE TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR WITH GRADE 7 & ABOVE, FOR SHED CONSTRUCTION IN TIGRAY REGION,

REQUIRED PROFILE. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

In general, the potential contractor must fulfi;

1 Good knowledge and understanding of construction of house buildings processes

2 Ability to manage the avallable time and resources and to work to tight deadlines

3 Valld construction license and business organization registration certificate

4 Certificate of license in G7 in housing construction and above

5 VAT registration certificate, TAX clearance certificate

QUALIFICATION

The lead contractor for this assignment should meet the following criteria:

TVET diploma with COC certify and above in building construction, and other related fields. At least 3 staff currently working for the company in related field and have significant experience in the construction, relevant academic vocational training qualification including civil and building engineering and plumbing.

EXPERIENCE

1 Minimum five years relevant working experience including with experience in constructing buildings;

2 A minimum of at least five projects of similar nature and complexity, each with a project cost of ETB 1000,000 or above during the last five years

3 Project completion and valid handover certification with support evidenceCompetencies.

INTERESTED AND ILLEGIBLE CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES, WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO FULFILL THE TASKS STATED IN THE TOR AND THE CRITERIA DESCRIBED IN THE TECHNICAL EVALUATION GRID ARE WELCOME TO OFFER FOR THE BIDDING; AND NEED TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING POINTS AS A GUIDE FOR THE PROCESSING.
