3. All local firms licensed under the laws of Ethiopia and/or suppliers/manufacturers having a local agent in the country and that qualify to bid are invited to participate in this invitation to bid. Bidders will have to present the following:

a. Valid and renewed trade license for the year

b. Vat and Tin Registration Certificate

c. Authorization Letters from Supplier (s) and /or manufacturer(s).

4. Bidders shall present Original and copy of their financial and Technical proposals separately

5. All bids shall be enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope and should be submitted before 2.00 P.M. local time to the above-stated address. Bids will be opened at 2:30 PM local time on the same day in the presence of bidders or legal representatives.

6. Bidder can collect the Bid documents from Ethio-Shewit General Trading, PLC Liaison Office located at Yeha Business Center in front of Biete Zata Hospital for each material specified on the table above.

7. Ethio-Shewit General Trading PLC reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid.
