LOT III – One ECCD O’ classroom and two Dry latrine Blocks at T/abergele wereda ( gommenge & agbe elementary school)

LOT IV –  One ECCD O’ classroom and one dry latrine blocks at hawzien werda ( maytsba elementary Schols) In tigray

There for Bidders who have renewed license of 2012 E.C. and VAT REGISTER can participate in the bidding and they obtained the Tender Documents, including the Tender Guidelines, specification BOQ and design of the aforementioned activities from SC, Mekelle at working hours.

1. Bidders with building constriction works certificate from federal ministry of construction and urban development or regional road transport and construction office with building construction (BC) or general contractor (GC) license of grade 8 and above that have an experience on constructing at least five the same or similar structures in the last five years may obtain the tender document    .

2. An original & copy of each bid offer, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES, marked clearly by the project name, bidder’s name, address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope and submit to sealed envelope not later than Mar 24/2020,( megabit 15.2012)  2:30 P.M.

3. Bid documents can be obtained from save the children tigray field office at working hours against 200 birr

4. All bid offers shall include the aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Guarantee for 2% (two percent) of the total bid amount.

5 Â Bids will be opened on Mar 24, 2020 (megabit 15 2012) ; 3:00 P.M in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend at SCI-TFO/ Mekelle Area Office / Mekelle.

6. Bidders shall consider only cost but from work glass works includes all necessary materials.
