1 The bid document shall be obtained from fresweat Trading plc Logistic Division 6th floor (Yeha Building) Near Dedebit micro Finance head office Mekelle, Tel 034 44 15 254 against payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 100.00 only during office hours 2:00 -11:30 local time from 11 to 26 by presenting a copy of renewed trade license , tax clearance certificate , TIN and VAT registration certificate is a must
2 Bid proposal comprising original and copies of the Technical (Qualification ) and financial proposals should be presented separately to Fresweat Trading plc
3 Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2% from the total amount of birr offered to the study in the form of CPO or bid security (not in cash)
4 All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose since 11 to 26
5 Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders/legal agents who wish to attend , on 27, 10:30 at the place mentioned under No.1
