The manual will be used to capacitate young people to become peer educators and to conduct/cascade peer to peer education sessions.Specifically the consultant will:• Conduct a desk review of relevant documents and the manual in order to familiarize with the target group and the project issues ;• Meet in person with YNSD’s Project Coordinator to review the draft document ;• During development of the contents the consultant will ensure the use of important terminologies ;• Share copy for edition to the Project Coordinator to receive comments from the YNSD and make any necessary changes based on the feedbacks and comments provided ;• Share the draft manual with YNSDfor approval before duplication for final submission;• Edit, maintain high qualityand print the manualand• Deliver the material in time(in one month) as discussed and agreed with YNSDTechnical Details• The manual translation will be from English to Amharic. Job Requirement
• BA degree in Public Health, Social Work, Sociology or other related fields on Sexual Reproductive Health;
• Minimum of Five (5) years relevant experience on Youth Sexual Reproductive Health Consultancy works;
• Ability to deliver on time ;
• Proven advanced skills in manual development and translation;
• Good knowledge of Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and Youth targeted programs;
• Demonstrable professional writing, narration and presentation skills;
• Knowledge and Experience on Entrepreneurship manual Development is an Advantage.
