Bachelor's

• Qualification: Either of Accounting, Cooperative Accounting, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Management or related.
• Experience: 3+ years for BA and 2 years for MA or MBA
• Personal Skills: analytical and research experts, proficiency in analyzing small business and credit analysis, experiences as loan portfolio officer in bank or Micro Finance Institution is advantageous.
