Will independently administer several assigned responsibilities, ensuring to Head Office Finance office excellent partner and service giving organizations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES• Print and bind documents• Prepare and print registration forms• Register participants and follow up• Distribute documents and stationaries• Ensure refreshments is ready on time for the participants• Prepare payment sheet• Take copy of the withholding forms from finance• Collect money from the bank and• Pay perdiem, accommodation and transport to the participants• Paid to the hotel for the refreshment and hall rent after deducting vat and withholding taxes• Prepare the expense and submit to finance with the necessary attachments• Return the remaining money• Replenish stationary on time• Check for printers and copiers Cartridge• Make sure the papers is available everywhere on the floor• Provide services which I am asked to support across the Agency• Send accommodation request to the hotel by e-mail• Call and confirm if accommodation is available• Send flight details of the visitor for the airport transfer• Send letter of confirmation for payment• Perform any other financial tasks as assigned by the Senior Finance Officer or his delegate

Required qualifications and experience
• BA/BSc or diploma in Accounting
• 6-10 years of experience for diploma holders and 3-5 years of experience with fist degree.
• Relevant work experience as Documentation Assistant Officer, Accountant or Cashier- Accountant or similar field
• Previous experience in NGO’s, Donor/GOV’t Bilateral/Multilateral Organizations is an asset
• Computer knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, particularly QuickBooks etc.)
• Knowledge of local laws
• Willingness in working long hours and ability to work with other teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in written/spoken English and Amharic languages
• Strong team player with multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to details, confidentiality and accuracy
