Debub Global BankVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Manager, Resource Mobilization DivisionBasic Functions:• Under the general direction of the Director, Marketing and Resource Mobilization Department, the Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and directing Sales & Marketing activities of the Bank in a designated area to achieve desired objectives.• The Manager is also required to direct the sales & marketing teams to enable to meet the Bank’s customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the Bank competitive and innovative. Bachelor's

• Education (Minimum): MA/BA in Marketing / Management/ Economics / Banking and Finance or related field
• Experience: 6/8 years of relevant experience; 3 of which in senior position (Senior Marketing & Resource Mobilization experience is advantageous)

5-10 years
