GIZ SEQUAVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Economist & Finance SpecialistFunction/ Assignment in the Project:• Develop a questionnaire in close consultation with and the approval of the client,• Collect the required data based on careful interviews of the target group,• Analyze and synthesize collected data though an appropriate computer software• Compile a study report including the results of the questionnaire• Develop a study report elaborating the adopted approach along with the findings and recommendations of the survey• Analyze various out-grower schemes adopted within the country and other similar economies before developing recommendations• Develop a sample contractual agreement in consultation with all parties involved including relevant local governmental institutions• Refine the sample contract based on the results of consultation with and between the parties involved and provide a template both in Amharic and English

Master's

Requirement:
• The Consultant should be an Economist with a master’s degree in Economics/Finance and/or other relevant fields of qualifications and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience
