Liaise with colleagues, IOM Regional office and HQ and other Missions for identification of best practice M&E systems and frameworks,2. Provide technical support in designing evaluation studies, lead the process of external evaluation, provide quality assurance support for evaluation studies, review and assist in compiling reports of evaluation studies,9.
