• Qualification: Either of Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Cooperative Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Cooperative Management or related.
• Experience: 3+ years for BA and 2 years for MA or MBA
• Personal Skills: needs to have good communication skill, required to have basic math skills, and strong organization skills and experiences as dividend officer in bank is advantageous.
