The Activity’s overall objective is to assist the Government of Ethiopia (GOE), its regions and citizens, in strengthening land governance, increase incomes, reduce conflict and support well planned urbanization, thereby to contributing to the country’s transformation plan. Master's

· Advanced degree in (Master's level or equivalent) in a relevant area
· Minimum 7 years of experience in land tenure and management, natural resources management, urban planning, agriculture, economic development, or other related field required;
· Minimum 5 years of experience managing land tenure programs in southern Africa, preferably in Ethiopia;
· Experience providing training and capacity building in area of technical expertise;
· USAID program experience strongly preferred;
Proficiency in written and oral English required.
