Job Requirement:
• BA in HR Management, Public Administration, Management, Business Management or related Fields
• At least 8 Years experiences on the position and out of which at least 4 years managerial experience in a factory.

• Report writing skill
• Strong set of personal Values including integrity, honesty and desire to be of service
• Basic Competencies: Desired Professional relatedness, necessary skill and experience required are paramount.
• Computer literate- able to use email, basic Excel and Word - processing
