Planning• Build the joint business plan with accounts• Build and accurately forecast and achieve the account (s) results and plan growth drivers accordingly• Plan for turnover, Market Share, and Profit of Customers• Build the action plan to implement the channel strategy and ensure that execution at a store level• Act as the expert of the account (s) to feed a retailer-centric account planning process which will ensure alignment in business plans • Implements 4P's (product, placement, promotion, and pricing) business tactics that align with brand strategies and meet customer needs• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis• Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships? Collaboration • Collaborating with Customers to accelerate category growth (volume & value)• Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks, and opportunities• Liaise between the customer and internal teams• Developing and leveraging relationships with key influencer and decision-makers in assigned stores, markets, and regions• Execute sales calls with customers on behalf of clients within the designated accounts• Monitor customer sales, pricing, rebates, and deductions on behalf of the client• Build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships with new and existing clients• Work with the sales and marketing team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure open communication and that you are meeting client needs? Reporting • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders• Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training• complete accurate and timely paperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc? Create a toolkit for people to use to protect the integrity of the branding;• Consumer insight – develop an intuitive understanding of target consumer attitudes, behaviors, and needs both now and in the future to feed into decision making. Use data from a variety of sources from market research, trends analysis, desk research, observation to build a holistic picture of the consumer's life and in relation to the category;• Competitor - develop a comprehensive understanding of the brand categories and the key competitors therein.
