Diploma

• Required Qualification: BA/BSc or Diploma in any business field, and trained in customer service, credit, saving & default management
• Work Experience and skills: Minimum 1/3 years as Customer Service Officer in MFI
• Language skill: Knowledge of Sidama and Amharic languages skill is mandatory. Knowledge of other local language is advantageous.
