Description

Position Responsibilities:
• receive and handle calls, emails, text messages or instant messages from customers.
• Provide troubleshooting to clients who requires assistance with our services
• Schedule different types of appointments for clients, depending on their needs

• Assist clients over the phone with requests such as appointment information, rescheduling an existing appointment, FAQs about our services, etc.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's

Desired Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial, Information Technology, Social Science, Management, or related areas with some experience preferred but not necessary

Skills required:
• Ability to listen carefully and effectively communicate with different types of clients
• Ability to professionally handle complaints, even when working with unpleasant clients
• Ability to demonstrate a friendly style and work effectively under pressure when needed
• Strong inter-personal skills, ability to relate well to clients and company management
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in the use of commonly used phone system, PC software, Email and Internet
• Ability to maintain proper record of all interactions with customers on a call centre database.
