2. The Tigray Regional State of water Resource Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having vat certificate vat declaration for the month of Dec 2018 G.C Tin Number Renewed Business License valid for 2011 RC, & Qualification & Requirements include; Technical, Financial, experience, and other Legal Additional Requirements may be provided in the bid documents and the procurement is not subject to margin of preference.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Completive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (Guidelines edition January 2011).( ``procurement Guidelines``), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. 6. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid security" in the form of CPO or "Unconditional Bank guarantee", of birr 50,000.00 /fifty thousand birr/ andBids shall be valid for 60 days after bid opening & must be a combined by bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee by adding 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
