INVITATION TO BID

Ethiopian  Catholic Church – Social and development Coordinating office Of Adigrat –(ECC-SADCOA) North West project Office  Health Responsive Project invites bidders for the construction of two irrigation diversions with canal in health Responsive Project intervention areas of Tahtaykoraro and Laelay –adiyabo Woreda of North West Zone of Tigray full – filling  the following  minimum criteria.

Contracting firms/bidders should get bid document after approval of the legal criteria described here under

I minimum Criteria

Legal criteria	Evidential document
Be grade  six and  above	Renewed License in Water Works Construction , WWW(Showing grade)- bringing original on the opening date
Legally register	Copy of original document  defines legal status, place of registration, and principal place of business – bringing originals on the opening date

 

II The bidder should secure a bid bond only through CPO of 2% of the total price including VAT. Pledging  cash or other  asset  as a bid bond is not allowed .

III  The Bidder should prepare  and return back full document , both the technical and financial proposal with detail information required as stated  in the TOR . Bidding through own document is not  allowed.

IV  The bidder should fulfill all the  minimum criteria stated in the TOR for participation in the bid process.

V   Information

1 Eligible bidders can purchase bid document (terms of reference ) paying 200 00 Birr from Ethiopian Catholic Church Social Development Coordinator Office of Adgriat / Mekelle Branch /North West Local  Project Office starting  From  March 26, 2015 G.C till Aprill 08, 2015 G.C

2 Bid Must be submitted on April   08/ 2015 G.C  between  8:00 – 9:00 am ( Morning from 2:00 – 3:00 local time ) only to the prepared  bid box in ECC – SADCOA Adigrat Main Office . The bid will be officially closed  at 9:01 am ( Local Time 3:01) on the same date in the presence  of bidders or their legal representative and ECC- SDCOA North  West Project Office concerned committee.

3 ECC- SADCOA  will open the bid on Aprill 08, 2015 G.C in venue of ECC – SDCOA adgirat Main Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representative and ECC-SADCOA North West bid committee at 9:30 am (3:30 local time morning) in Adigrat Main Office .

4 The office reserves the right to reject partially and / or whole bids at any level of bid processing
