Imagine 1day is a non-religion, non-profit international NGO founded in Vancouver, Canada in 2007, and has been operating in Ethiopia since November 2007. We are registered as an implementing NGO with legal license number 0885 from the federal charities and society's agency investing in education: agriculture, WASH, Livelihood, Opportunity Development, and Emergency response projects in Tigray. Oromia, south nation nationalist and peoples, Amhara and Benshangul gumize regions. It has also been implementing emergency response projects in Tigray since the start of the crisis particularly child protection, gender-based violence prevention and response WASH in Emergencies, and education in emergency in most areas of Tigray.
To achieve its objective, the Imagine 1day Tigray coordination office currently has the plan to purchase School furniture

As per the attached Bid documents, Imagine 1day invites all eligible bidders to complete the procurement of the above-listed Combined Desks and Blackboards and deliver them to the i1day project area target schools in Seharti and Gherealta districts & Reading Corner books, Supplementary books and Sport Material deliver them to the i1day regional office in Mekelle.

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by:

• Renewed business license, commercial registration certification, registration certificate, taxpayer registration certificate, certificate of competence, and value-added tax declaration.
• Bid security bond of 2% of the bid amount by CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee (cash or insurance bonds are not accepted).
• The winner shall start delivering the produced combined desks and blackboards within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of the agreement signed.
• Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the all Materail and confirmed by the Reciever Unit.
  Bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and mark, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit
• Financial (with two copies one original and one copy) CPO with a separate envelope
• Technical documents (with two copies, one original and one copy) in sealed and stamped envelopes, separately in four envelopes with each copy, to imagine 1day regional coordination office-Mekelle.
• Documents with the list of activities can be obtained from the imagine 1day Mekelle office from 24/03/2025 to 28/03/2025, by paying 200 birrs for Each LOT.
• Bid will be closed on 29/03/2025 at 5:00 local time and opened on 29/03/2025: at 5:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1day Mekelle office.
• Imagine 1day, Tigray regional office reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids.
• For additional information, imagine a one-day regional office near the Libanos Hotel, 200m from the main asphalt apart from St. Mary Church Street.
