in cooperation with GIZ wants to invite all interested and eligible bidders to supply building materials for the Rehabilitation of cisterns for the project entitled: Improving Access and Quality of Drinking Water in Kori Woreda, Afar Region.
A complete tender document in English is available at Samara office of APDA and interested and eligible bidders can purchase it upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100.00 ETB (Hundred Birr only) in cash and upon submission of a written application together with copies of the following legal documents:
- License on Building Materials Supply.
- Renewal for the year 2011/12 E.C.
- VAT Registration and Tax Payer Registration (TIN) certificates.
- Registration certificate with ministry/ regional Trade bureau
The bid document can be collected during office hours in the Head office in Samara.
The bidders should submit their proposals within Ten consecutive days starting from the announcement date of this invitation 23/11/2019 at 8:00 AM. The bid closing date will be 02/12/2019 at 4:00 PM in the afternoon , and the opening will be on the 02/12/2019 at 4:30 PM in the afternoon at Samara head office.
The bid proposal must be accompanied by a 2% bid bond only in the form of C.P.O and originals and copies of the above mentioned legal documents. The bid shall be wax, sealed and vividly marked.
The bid document should be inserted in the bid box placed at the head office in Samara.
Bidders are requested to fulfill all the necessary conditions clearly indicated in the bid documents!
Afar Pastoralist Development Association reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the bid.
