Qualification requirements include
- ITB 3.2(a) The mandated public body for the registration of suppliers is Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity or from Regional Water resource bureau.
- ITB 3.2 (b) Renewed trading license on WWCC, Renewed registration certificate from ministry of water, irrigation and electricity for the fiscal year 2011E.C, tax clearance certificate, vat declaration for the month of Hamle 2011E.C, VAT registration certificate, Tin number, and Any relevant professional practice certificates

Fully Initial and sealed bid documents in general Bidders should have to be providing two copies of Financial & Technical documents in addition to original of "Financial and Technical" documents each in separate and sealed envelopes.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00(birr Two hundred only) Method of payment will be in cash or check against receipt from Monday - Friday on working office hours starting from the newspaper published date.
- Bids must be delivered their bid documents to the address below from September 15/01/2012 up to 18/02/2012 E.C. 3:00 morning (local time) Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids' will be rejected. And Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:15 morning (local time) in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee of 120,000.00birr (One Hundred Twenty thousand) in Ethiopian Birr. And submitted with the original legal requirement envelop.
- The bid shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty days) days after bid opening.
